We booked Usha resort for a wedding event, for 3 nights and 4 days, right from the start of our stay, our experience was pleasant and smooth in all the aspects, be it Check-in, staff service, room service, check-out etc everything was smooth! Very nice place with a good view staff is so helpful and the area is very soothing for the soul had an amazing time here in this resort . My family had planned a weekend getaway at Usha resort with 3 included meals lunch dinner bf. But they could only get there at 4pm due to traffic but the Usha staff Ankita was constantly in touch with them and guided them throughout. Even though they reached at 5pm they were served hot lunch and made comfortable. Ankita also took them on a site tour. Due to Ankita and the other staff my families experience was very good. So full stars to their hospitality.
